My Passion

2 Kiss and Makeup is owned and operated by Lissa Bloom. 

As a child, I enjoyed experimenting with makeup.  My mother often came home to missing red lipstick, broken blush containers, and make-up brushes that had been dipped in every color in the drawer.  Luckily, my mother encouraged creativity (and hid the "good stuff"). 

While I always loved makeup, my other passion was to pursue a career in education. I have been teaching in an elementary school for the past 9 years. I received my Masters in Education in 2008 and am  currently going back to school to become a principal.

Though this is true, the makeup bug never went away.  With the encouragement of my friends and family, I entered the cosmetic field, working at Sephora.  While at Sephora, I made many friends in the beauty industry and learned some of their "tricks of the trade." In 2010, I finally began my free lance makeup career.
